Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems;
Reads and interprets advanced electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals;
Performs root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime;
Documents work orders and PM activities in CMMS;
Provides day-to-day guidance and technical support to maintenance technicians
