As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Lead Installers to learn the HVAC trade and develop the skills needed for a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations.
• Help remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Learn proper installation procedures, electrical connections, and duct modifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.

• Mechanical aptitude and desire to learn a skilled trade.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Previous construction, maintenance, warehouse, trade school, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.
