Quality Performance Trainer

Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Wage: $48k - $52k
Location: East Texas

Your Impact

Use statistical research and analytics to assess workforce activities, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements that enhance training and development.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality reviews using statistical sampling, auditing, and observation to evaluate compliance with policies and contract requirements.
  • Identify, review, and implement a plan for regular monitoring of required data.
  • Review client eligibility and expenditure requests as applicable.
  • Monitor files, reports, and payment requests submitted by staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Document staff performance, including client enrollment and expenditure requests, and recommend coaching or training.
  • Prepare monitoring documents and reports for dissemination and improvement of performance efforts.
  • Communicate data findings effectively to recommend staff competency improvements.
  • Coordinate with management to schedule continued training sessions with staff.
  • Develop and administer training programs for all employees in classroom formats, including materials such as texts, handouts, and assessment tools.
  • Review operational procedures and processes to ensure compliance and provide technical assistance in process/quality improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and pre/post‑test evaluations.
  • Update and maintain document control systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant work experience; knowledge of WIOA, Welfare Transition, SNAP, ES/UI, Trade Adjustment Agreement (TAA); familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; state data systems experience preferred.
  • Skills/Abilities: Strong data entry skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and various data analysis software; clear and concise communication via presentations, written, and oral formats; ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment; excellent interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
