M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 Pm (40 hours per week)

This position is responsible for:

• Plans, directs, and supervises the day-to-day duties of assigned staff; trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures; provides input to performance evaluations and the interview process.

• Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
• Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting, and carrying light objects (less than 25lbs), 5-10% of work time.
• Work is performed in a normal office environment where there is little or no physical discomfort associated with changes in weather or discomfort is associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required, with an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Two years of experience assisting those in a non‑profit environment,
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Valid State Driver's License
