Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Transport tools, electrical materials, and job-site equipment to and from project locations
- Operate company trucks, trailers, bucket trucks, and hauling equipment in accordance with DOT regulations
- Assist with on-site equipment operation as needed (e.g., skid steers, trenching, backhoe)
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Secure loads according to safety standards and job requirements
- Support field crews with materials handling, setup, and logistics
- Maintain accurate driving logs and communicate with project managers and dispatchers
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and job-site protocols
About the Role
We’re hiring for a CDL Driver/Equipment Operator position—a key role in our growing electrical construction team. This is not a routine driving job. We’re looking for a skilled and dependable professional who can safely transport tools, materials, and heavy equipment to project sites, safely operate a bucket truck, assist with equipment operation, and support field crews with general tasks.
This position offers diverse responsibilities, with approximately:
- 50% – Driving and hauling materials and equipment
- 25% – General site support and miscellaneous project-related tasks
