Analyzes transportation and distribution systems to ensure efficient and economical delivery of the organization s products. Reviews proposals and makes recommendations for modifications in rates and transportation regulations. Evaluates freight classifications, tariff rates, and operating efficiency to ensure proper delivery of products. Plans and coordinates fleet operations, including acquisition, scheduling, maintenance and repair, and disposal of trucks, and hires third-party transportation companies as appropriate.

• 4 year / Bachelor s Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Four (4) or more years of experience in a related field (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.
