We are hiring full-time W2 CDL-A drivers for openings across our OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets. Operations run primarily east of I-35. New and limited-experience drivers may qualify for our paid training program.

• Weekly gross: $1,400 - $1,800 depending on experience and route
• Weekly direct deposit
• Home time weekly or every two weeks based on fleet

• Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor

• Primarily no‑touch dry van
• 70% drop‑and‑hook
• Customers throughout the Eastern U.S.

Drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours at an accredited CDL school may qualify for our 3 to 5 week paid training program.

Training covers tractor‑trailer operation, ELD compliance, trip reporting, pre/post-trip inspections, and company procedures. Solo assignment follows supervised evaluation.

• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
• Pick up and deliver dry van freight on time
• Maintain ELD logs, DVIRs, and trip reports
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch and customers

• Valid Class A CDL or at least 120 hours completed at an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen
