Launch Your CDL Career – Paid OTR Training for New Class A Drivers
If you recently completed CDL school and are searching for a company that gives new drivers a true opportunity to succeed, we are currently hiring entry‑level Class A CDL drivers for over‑the‑road training positions. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience, work with newer equipment, and build a long‑term career in the trucking industry.
What New Drivers Can ExpectOnce training is successfully completed, drivers will review available openings with terminal leadership. Most new drivers transition into Regional or OTR routes offering home time approximately every 5 to 14 days. Depending on freight needs and availability, some dedicated positions with more regular home time may also be offered. Local driving opportunities may become available later as experience is gained.
Available Freight Divisions- Dry Van
- Refrigerated Freight
- Flatbed
Drivers interested in flatbed can attend a complimentary 5‑day flatbed securement course. There are no training contracts required, and drivers may request transfers between divisions when openings exist.
Compensation & BenefitsAfter training, many drivers average between $1,300 and $1,600+ weekly based on freight division and route assignment.
Benefits begin after 30 days and include:

- Current DOT medical certification
- Graduation from an accredited 120‑hour CDL program within the last 24 months
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Ability to pass DOT drug testing including hair and urine screening
- Acceptable background and employment verification
Accident history for the previous 5 years and moving violations for the last 3 years
Breaking into trucking can be challenging for drivers without experience. Our training program was built specifically to help recent CDL graduates gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to become successful professional drivers.
Orientation & Next StepsAfter applying, qualified applicants will receive a phone interview with recruiting. Drivers selected to continue will complete the application and orientation process. Transportation assistance is available through bus travel or approved mileage reimbursement, and meals are provided during orientation.
