Class A CDL Regional Drivers

Overview

Class A CDL Regional Drivers – No Touch Freight – Home Weekly. Full Time. Types of Jobs: OTR Van.

• Operate on regional OTR van routes with no touch freight.
• Home weekly; weekend home is not guaranteed. Drivers must be available to drive Sundays.
• Follow company policies related to rider and pet allowances: riders and small dogs are allowed from day one (rider must be 12 years or older; dog must be 50 lbs or less).
• Utilize assigned equipment. Trucks are 2023–2027 Freightliner or International, automatic with forward-facing campers; trucks can be taken home.
• Maintain or exceed performance expectations: targeted speeds are approximately 65 mph (pedal) and 68 mph (cruise).
• Orientation lasts 2–3 days; company covers transportation, hotel, and meals; orientation pay is $200 per day.
• Other role specifics include no-touch freight, with approximately 40% drop and hook.

• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance start on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• 401(k) program available starting at 90 days.
• Paid time off: one week after one year of service; two weeks after two years.

• Experience:
  
  6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional in the last 24 months.
• Company driving record: no more than 3 moving violations in the last three years in both CMV and PMV; no more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months in CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (examples include 15+ points, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, improper lane usage).
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last three years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last three years.
