Overview

CDL A Regional Drivers No Touch Freight Home Weekly (Full Time) – OTR Van

Class A Drivers get home every week with earnings of approximately $1,500–$1,610 per week. All freight is no touch, with full benefits, and you may bring a rider and small dog from Day One.

• Starting pay of $0.65 per mile (CPM) based on an average of 2,100–2,400+ miles per week, resulting in an average weekly pay of approximately $1,500–$1,610+. All freight is no touch; 40% is drop and hook.

Drivers are home every week. Schedules require availability on Sundays in some weeks.

Equipment includes Freightliner or International trucks (model years 2023–2027). Trucks are assigned to drivers and can be taken home. Trucks have forward-facing campers. All trucks are automatic. Speed targets: 65 mph on the pedal and 68 mph on cruise.

• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance start on the first of the month after 60 days
• 401(k) starting at 90 days
• One week of paid vacation after one year; two weeks after two years
• Riders and small dogs permitted from day one (rider must be 12+; dog must be 50 lbs. or less)

Orientation lasts 2–3 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals, with orientation pay of $200 per day.

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (CMV and PMV combined); may not have more than one moving violation in the last 12 months in a CMV
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (examples: 15+, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, or improper lane violation)
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years
