and play an important role in keeping our operations moving. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy predictable routes, being home regularly, and building valuable experience with a respected industry leader.
What You'll DoAs a Shuttle Driver, you will:
- Transport loaded trailers from the branch to designated shuttle locations.
- Return empty trailers to the branch for reloading.
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles while following all DOT and company regulations.
- Maintain scheduled delivery and pickup times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Represent Ben
E. Keith professionally with customers, vendors, and fellow team members. - Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Must have Double/Triple endorsements
- Must have Valid Class A CDL with 1- year experience
- DOT qualified and able to meet all DOT requirements. Good driving record with no more than one moving violation within the past three years. Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background requirements.
High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Ability to safely operate tractors with 28', 36', and 48' trailers.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis.
- Ability to climb in and out of tractors and trailers frequently.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to read route information, product descriptions, and safety documentation.
- Normal use of hands, arms, shoulders, legs, and feet to safely perform job duties.

All drivers receive information about this program and sign a consent form as part of the hiring process.
