* Proper loading and unloading of freight to ensure safety and minimal risk of damage to cargo and danger to persons.
* Proper handling and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork related to truck operation and freight movements.
* Professional representation of the company and the trucking industry through responsible driving.
** Eligibility Requirements

* Physical Requirements:

*** Must be able to squat/kneel
* Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs
* Must be able to sit for several hours at a time while
* Must be able to perform duties inclusive of driving a commercial motor vehicle including but not limited to grasping/steering; pushing gas pedal, clutch, and brake with appropriate strength; sitting for several hours; reaching in order to shift gears.
* Must be able to climb in and out of tractor repetitively
* Must be able to dolly up and down trailer
* Must be able to open, close, and lock trailer doors
* Must be able to walk around trailer and stoop to inspect
* Must be able to write a complete log
* Must have vision at least 20/40 corrected
* Must be able to hear a forced whisper from 5 feet without hearing devices
* Must have no impairment of the hand, arm, foot, or leg that interferes with the ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle.## Qualifications
