Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead high-volume beverage distribution operations in a modern manufacturing environment. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping while ensuring safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. Manage and coach a diverse team of warehouse associates, optimize warehouse layout and material flow, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Partner closely with production, transportation, and sales to support on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of beverages
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Manage, coach, and schedule warehouse associates to meet productivity and service targets
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation with Warehouse Management Systems
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with production, transportation, and sales teams to support on-time deliveries
- Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and use of material handling equipment
- Manage budgets, labor planning, and cost control for warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and community-focused service
