Payroll Specialist

• Process and validate payroll information within an automated payroll system
• Review time and pay data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Maintain payroll records, balances, and related employee data
• Respond to payroll‑related questions and provide timely resolution to issues
• Coordinate with an external payroll provider to ensure smooth payroll execution
• Prepare routine payroll reports and assist with special data requests
• Support payroll‑related audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual risk

• Practical knowledge of payroll processing and payroll workflows
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now
• General understanding of payroll taxes and wage regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
