Our client is looking for a/an Manufacturing this Manufacturing Technician role, you’ll support high-volume production of small components with strict cosmetic and quality requirements in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
You’ll use microscope inspection, follow detailed written work instructions, and complete accurate documentation to keep production moving and compliant. Day-to-day, you will clean and handle delicate wafers/components, perform dry film processing and chemical processing applications (photolithography support), and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
If you’re wondering what skills you need for a Manufacturing Technician job in photolithography: you’ll need strong attention to detail, comfort working in a cleanroom (smock, hair net, gloves), and the ability to safely work with standard lab solvents like isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and methanol. Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Required Skills,
Education and Experience Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing smock, hair net, and gloves
Hands-on experience handling small, delicate components with strong manual dexterity
Microscope inspection experience (or ability to learn microscope inspection quickly)
High attention to detail for cosmetic and quality requirements in optical component manufacturing
Experience following written work instructions and maintaining strong documentation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods in a production/cleanroom setting
Comfort working with standard lab solvents and cleaners (e.g., isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetone, methanol, detergents)
Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience operating or supporting shaping equipment is a plus (e.g., polishing, scribing, dicing, sawing, grinding, chamfering)
