Job Summary: The Security Supervisor in Massachusetts oversees day-to-day security operations without the use of armed forces. This role ensures compliance with state regulations and company policies, manages a team of security officers, and coordinates with external agencies to maintain a secure environment.

• Lead and manage the security team, ensuring high performance and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous training.
• Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response plans.
• Ensure full coverage across all shifts, managing personnel scheduling effectively.

• Act as the primary contact for security incidents, ensuring swift and effective responses.
• Collaborate with the Regional Security Manager to enhance security measures and process improvements.
• Conduct audits and drills to ensure facility safety and security.
• Monitor security systems, including surveillance and access control.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts's specific security regulations.

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage security teams.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts state-specific security regulations.
• Proficiency in using security technologies such as CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience with conflict resolution and crisis management.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in security, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in a high-security environment such as cannabis, law enforcement, or similar.
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

• Monday – Friday
• On-call/Weekend and holiday availability expected for all supervisors
