We are looking for an experienced Heating Specialist to join our team, someone who takes ownership of their work, values precision, and wants to be part of a company that sets the standard in the industry.

As a Heating Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

• Hydronic heat, heat pumps, brazing, soldering, pipe fitting, chillers, and HDPE fusion experience a plus. Diagnose and repair heating systems including boilers, furnaces, geothermal systems.
• Accurately troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 3+ years of HVAC/heating & cooling experience, including some geothermal experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hydronic systems, boilers and high-efficiency equipment.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
