About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Associate to support the daily activities of our office. This position serves as a key administrative resource for customer support, meeting registrations, order processing, phone coverage, data management, and shipping coordination.
The ideal candidate has prior office experience, is comfortable learning new software, and enjoys working in a structured environment where accuracy and organization are important. While we will provide training on our specific programs and procedures, candidates should already possess basic office, computer, and customer service skills.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary administrative support resource for daily office operations
- Process meeting registrations, customer orders, invoices, and client requests accurately and on time
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions regarding registrations, orders, publications, and services
- Coordinate and maintain records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Prepare, print, package, and ship training materials, books, and publications
- Manage inventory levels for training materials, publications, and office supplies
- Track payments, assist with billing activities, and follow up on outstanding items
- Support website and web shop updates as needed
- Assist with membership activities, reporting, and recurring administrative processes
- Monitor ongoing tasks, identify missing information, and proactively follow up to ensure work progresses efficiently
- Support organizational events, meetings, and related administrative activities
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of office, administrative support, receptionist, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients
- Demonstrates good judgment and the ability to identify missing information or potential issues
- Proactively follows up on outstanding items to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Ability to work independently after training and follow established procedures
- High school diploma required;
Associate degree or higher preferred - Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-5:30PM
- Fully in-office role (Tyrone, GA)
- Quiet office with limited traffic
- Regular communication with remote team members
