What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate daily scale house and administrative activities to support aggregate plant operations.
- Process customer transactions, shipment documentation, invoices, and related records accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain production, inventory, payroll, and operational reports while ensuring data integrity.
- Provide responsive customer service by assisting drivers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support plant leadership with scheduling, communications, recordkeeping, and compliance-related administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, documentation, and financial transactions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency with computer systems and business software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Primarily office-based within an active aggregate production facility.
- Frequent interaction with plant personnel, truck drivers, customers, and vendors.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions when supporting plant operations.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility to meet business needs.
- Competitive base salary, $22.54 to $27.80 per hour
