What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate and schedule ready‑mix concrete orders with accuracy and urgency
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Provide product information and support to customers in a professional manner
- Maintain detailed and organized records of orders, changes, and delivery updates
- Strong capability in customer communication and service within a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Competency using computer systems, dispatch tools, and order‑entry software
- Problem‑solving skills with a focus on collaboration and timely resolution
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering a positive customer experience
- Role operates in an office or dispatch setting with frequent interaction across operations, customers, and drivers
- Competitive base salary, $22.54 per hour to $27.80 per hour.
