Dental Hygienist Overview

Compensation: $45–$55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Full‑time sign‑on bonus up to $10,000; part‑time up to $5,000. Uncapped bi‑weekly production bonus opportunity.

Mission:
Provide quality, affordable dental care in a compassionate, fun environment.

• Deliver direct dental care under general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride.
• Conduct oral hygiene instruction for patients and parents.
• Assist with dental charting and documentation.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care.
• Assist in the entire treatment process and patient education.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience working with pediatric patients encourages but not required.
