** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Assist with troubleshooting, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
* Perform basic repairs and component replacements under the guidance of experienced mechanics.
* Support routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
* Learn to safely use tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments required for mechanical work.
* Participate in shift handoffs, safety checks, and housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work area.## ##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Interest in developing mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair skills.
* Ability to follow direction, learn new processes, and apply mechanical concepts.
* Commitment to working safely around heavy equipment and industrial environments.

* Reliability in meeting shift expectations, including 2nd shift schedule requirements.## ##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.## ##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.## ##
** What We Offer*** $24.60 to $27.04 per hour
