** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
* Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
* Maintain material flow to support production and customer demand
* Follow safety procedures, traffic patterns, and site-specific operating rules
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment or quickly develop proficiency
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
* Dependable attendance and flexibility to meet operational needs
* Basic mechanical awareness and willingness to learn equipment operation###
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing###
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.###
** What We Offer*** $21.50-$23.00 per hour
