We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ASC Registered Nurse to join our surgical team in Sandy Springs. This role is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care from pre-operative to post-operative stages (pre-op, PACU, OR duties). The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative period
Serve as a circulating or scrub nurse, using specialized nursing knowledge and critical thinking
Collaborate with physicians, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes
Monitor and document patient information in accordance with facility standards
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times
Demonstrate time management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively
Stay current with continuing education and demonstrate professional growth

Qualifications:
Current Georgia RN License
CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
Strong clinical judgment and ability to correlate data with patient care plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in aseptic techniques and perioperative protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
