Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.
Salary and Schedule Details- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $14.00 – $16.00 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.
- We provide paid training, delivered through live hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.

- This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are between 6–10 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
This is a physically demanding job that requires ongoing energy and a sense of urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday and may need to climb stairs or step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Capability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Proficiency in operating a digital handheld device for documents and information.
- Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
- Reliable transportation for travel to and between stores as scheduled.
