At Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Parent Sales & Engagement Manager to build excitement, generate leads, and establish Dogtopia as the go-to destination for dogs—before we even open our doors!
This role will focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition while our daycare is under construction, ensuring we have a strong customer base ready to enroll on Day One.

- Help build the brand before opening day
- Act as the face of Dogtopia – Generate excitement and awareness in the local community.
- Build a pre-opening waitlist – Drive early sign-ups for Meet & Greets and memberships before launch.
- Engage with local businesses & community organizations – Form strategic partnerships within the community to generate leads.
- Attend & host local events – Represent Dogtopia at pet expos, farmers markets, and networking events to drive awareness of Dogtopia.
- Execute grassroots marketing campaigns – Distribute promotional materials and leverage guerrilla marketing tactics.
- Grow brand awareness on social media – Promote Dogtopia through engaging content, giveaways, and collaborations.
- Convert leads into scheduled Meet & Greets – Proactively follow up with inquiries and interested pet parents.
- Drive early enrollments – Pre-sell enrollment packages ahead of opening to secure longterm customers.
- Showcase Dogtopia’s benefits – Communicate why Dogtopia is the best daycare choice for their pup.
- Create a referral program – Encourage parents and local businesses to spread the word.
- Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community – Build excitement among parents and their pups.
- Organize in-store events & promotions – Strengthen relationships with early customers.
- Enhance parent appreciation efforts – Ensure parents feel valued and keep them coming back.
- Proven sales, marketing, or business development experience – You’re a natural at building relationships and hitting KPI goals.
- Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated – You love engaging with people and spreading excitement.
- Community-focused mindset – You’re eager to connect with local businesses and pet parents.
- Strong communication & follow-up skills – You ensure every lead gets personal attention.
- Social media savvy – You know how to create buzz online and drive engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours – Evenings and weekends may be needed for marketing events.
