** What You'll Be Doing
*** Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mobile and fixed equipment under guidance from experienced mechanics
* Learn troubleshooting techniques for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
* Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performance
* Maintain tools, work areas, and equipment in a safe and organized condition
* Follow safety procedures and complete training assignments to develop technical skills
** What Are We Looking For
*** Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in developing maintenance and repair skills
* Ability to learn technical concepts and apply troubleshooting techniques effectively
* Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
* Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $24.60 to $27.04 per hour
