* ** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites

+ Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure safe vehicle operation

+ Communicate professionally with customers and team members at delivery locations

+ Maintain proper material slump and adjust loads as needed for quality and compliance

+ Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, inclusive work culture

** What Are We Looking For*

** Valid Class B CDL
** with clean driving record

+ Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and effectively

+ Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe work habits

+ Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment

+ Collaborative attitude with clear, professional communication skills

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
