** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites on schedule
* Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, routine maintenance checks, and maintain accurate delivery documentation
* Load, transport, and discharge concrete while ensuring product quality and proper slump consistency
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries
* Adhere to all safety, DOT, and company policies while promoting a culture of safety at all times
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid CDL
* Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations
* Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize deliveries, and meet deadlines
* Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Capability to perform physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and equipment inspection
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
