Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations.
Accurately complete delivery tickets, driver logs, and required documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to ensure quality service.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.
What Are We Looking ForValid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in varying conditions.
Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible decision-making.
Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and manage delivery schedules.
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$20.60 to $25.67 per hour
