Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Accountant with a rapidly growing, pre-IPO SaaS company with offices in the Tysons Corner area. The right candidate will manage and review daily accounting operations (AP, T&E, corporate cards, payroll entries), ensure accuracy and compliance, and support a smooth month-end close. Strong cost variance analysis, budgeting analysis, fixed asset experience desired. The role includes bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to support business decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant accounting exp (Big4 audit and SaaS experience highly preferred)
- Strong Net Suite Experience
- Strong US GAAP knowledge, especially around Internally Developed Software Capitalization (ASC 350-40)
