What You’ll Do- Lead and coach your Service Advisor team to hit sales and service goals.
- Build relationships with customers, explaining vehicle issues in a way they understand.
- Confidently recommend and sell the right services and repairs.
- Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process.
- Master our proven systems like the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process.
- Keep pace with a fast, fun, customer-first environment.
- Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills.
- Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations.
- A professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
- A valid driver’s license and a drive to succeed.
