Title: Vice President, Product Ecosystem
Role Summary
The VP of Product Ecosystem will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the holistic strategy for Strategy's Product Ecosystem. This includes overseeing relationships with various external stakeholders, including Product Partners, Analyst Relations, and key industry influencers, and ensuring alignment with internal product, engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced, and cross-functional leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, deep industry expertise, and the ability to influence at all levels. You will be the central thought leader and executor for how Strategy's product integrates with and is perceived by the broader technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Strategy & Execution:
Define and continuously evolve Strategy's next-generation Product Ecosystem strategy, aligning it with the company's long-range plan and platform vision. - Lead the development of the end-to-end partner experience, encompassing the co-build, co-market, and co-sell flywheel for ISVs, Data Providers, and technology partners.
- Establish clear strategic priorities for the ecosystem, focusing on maximizing product value, customer adoption, and platform growth.
- Partner Relationships & Programs:
Oversee the team and programs responsible for sourcing, validating, and growing relationships with key Product Partners (ISVs, Data Providers, etc.). - Build and operate scalable partner enablement programs to efficiently onboard and support a large base of partners, including robust Marketplace operations.
- Collaborate closely with Partner Management, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless integration experience and product-market fit for partner solutions.
- Analyst Relations (AR) & Outbound Strategy:
Own and develop the Strategy company-wide Analyst Relations strategy. Manage relationships and communications with leading industry analyst firms to ensure Strategy's product vision and platform value are clearly understood and accurately positioned in competitive landscapes. - Drive the outbound product ecosystem narrative, working with Product Marketing to highlight partner value and platform extensibility to the market.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the ecosystem, providing vision and context to external stakeholders, press, and industry events.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Field Enablement teams to design and implement programs that educate and empower the global GTM organization on the value proposition of the ecosystem. - Analyze product usage data, customer/partner feedback, and market trends to provide data-driven insights that influence the core product and engineering roadmap.
- Build and maintain user-friendly systems and dashboards to track key results for the ecosystem, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product, Product Ecosystem Development, or Strategic Alliances at a fast-growing enterprise technology platform company (ideally in Analytics, Data, or Cloud Infrastructure).
- Deep subject matter expertise in large-scale technology ecosystems, including developing and managing programs for ISVs/technology partners.
- Proven experience leading or closely partnering with Analyst Relations (AR) and understanding its critical role in market perception and sales enablement.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to go toe-to-toe with product leaders, hyperscalers, and GTM stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit, delivering high-quality, scalable programs in a lean environment.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
