The FDA account seeks a new team member to support high‑level federal data analytics and acquisitions activities. You will gather, compile, and present acquisition and budgetary data, support acquisition‑related activities such as Federal purchase card management, contracting, grants, interagency agreements, and more. Your work will drive client decision‑making and support a top‑to‑bottom overhaul of the organization’s acquisitions processes.
What You Will Need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or equivalent work or military experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working in federal acquisitions IAA/PCard/Budget Planning and cost appropriation data analysis.
- Ability to identify and address client needs by building solid relationships, communicating clearly, prioritizing tasks, and reporting potential conflicts.
- Work independently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Assist in developing client deliverables and supporting solution methods prescribed by supervisors and managers.
- Competency using Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing and proofreading abilities.
- Successful completion of a background check and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Prior experience supporting Federal acquisitions efforts, ideally covering the entire Federal contract lifecycle.
- Understanding of Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) and the Annual Federal budget process.
- Experience working with software developers to gather requirements, translate them into system functionalities, and collaborate with a development team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- SharePoint management and development experience.
- Experience with Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, Visio, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization methods.
