Overview
CHeKT is seeking a Management Development Associate to support our fast‑growing, founder‑led startup operating under a publicly traded parent company. The role is a versatile generalist that functions as the operational backbone of the team, delivering high‑impact results across multiple business functions.
Core Responsibilities- Administrative Support for General Team & Executives: Manage calendars, coordinate travel and team events, and prepare materials for internal and external meetings and presentations. Provide daily logistics support across departments and deliverables to B-to‑B channel partners and clients.
- Office Management: Ensure office operations run smoothly, including supplies and equipment, and provide team members with the resources needed to be successful.
- Operational Support – Finance & Accounting: Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, expense tracking and reporting, and manage vendor relationships, including billing, invoicing, and collections for customers and partners.
- Project Coordination: Assist with cross‑departmental and cross‑company projects, track deadlines, and execute on deliverables.
- Workflow Optimization & Strategic Problem Solving: Leverage AI‑driven tools to automate routine tasks such as scheduling and data entry, and refine administrative processes to enhance productivity for team members and partners.
- All‑hands on deck duties: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and leadership.
- Experience: 1–3 years in operations, project management, customer service, administration, or analytics, preferably within a startup or fast‑paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Relevant work experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated Leadership: Proven leadership aptitude in conflict resolution, change management, and independent decision making demonstrated in a professional or extracurricular setting.
- Technical and Analytical Proficiency: Experience and interest in leveraging AI across functions for productivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), collaboration tools, project management software, and Finance/Accounting, CRM or ERP systems.

- Location: In‑office position based at CHeKT headquarters in Shreveport, five days a week.
