What You Will Do:Leverage experience and skills across broad spectrum of sensitive programs to identify opportunities for improvement and executive initiatives to make steady progress toward stated objectives. Work across organizational boundaries to build coalitions and partnerships that serve the broader objective of greater efficiency and efficacy. Utilize specific experience in the personnel security realm, and across all relevant business processes, to integrate historical perspective and unique knowledge into current portfolio of initiatives.
Augment ongoing efforts with data science and data visualization expertise, seeking to better equip decision makers with real-time insights. Support the ongoing, iterative improvement of all current processes and workflows, catalyzing opportunities to speed evolution and transformation.
An ACTIVE and MAIN TAINTED TS/SCI security clearance and Full Scope Polygraph. A Bachelor's degree TWELVE (12) or more years of professional experience in Intelligence/National Security field or relevant experience in applicable subject matter areas including: SEVEN (7) or more years leading transformation initiatives with data analytics
What Would Be Nice To Have:Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline. FIFTEEN (15) or more years of demonstrated, relevant experience in applicable subject matter areas. Relevant professional skills certifications. Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal oversight in a team setting and with often-ambiguous client requirements.
