• Leads planning and execution of transition activities required to move solutions into operational use.
• Coordinates stakeholders, schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Ensures continuity of operations and alignment between implementation and sustainment activities.
• Lead transition planning and execution for FMBT conversion and interface work streams so the incoming team can assume active wave work without negatively affecting go-live dates.
• Develop and manage transition strategy, timeline, transition project plan, methodology, roles/responsibilities, risk approach, and risk log updates; coordinate knowledge transfer, current-state assessment, continuity of in-flight conversion/interface work, mock/final conversion transition, break-fix work, and operational readiness.

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" Bachelor's degree EIGHT (8) or more years of professional experience in transition planning, stakeholder coordination, readiness management, dependency tracking, and/or implementation-to-sustainment alignment.

• Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe PI cadence, runbooks, knowledge-transfer playbooks, federal financial systems, conversion/interface transition, change management, and multi-vendor coordination.

The annual salary range for this position is $-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
