Sales Operations Analyst

You’ll help shape how the sales organization works from a more reliable pipeline to smarter forecasting, better tools, and processes that make everyone more effective.

• Turn pipeline and sales data into accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
• Build KPIs and improve processes that support sales performance.
• Manage sales automation tools and help the team get more from its CRM.
• Connect Sales with Operations, Finance, Pre-sales, Services, and Legal.
• Support sales campaigns, evaluate profitability, and identify opportunities.
• Help new sales colleagues get up to speed with training, tools, and support.

• 5+ years in sales operations, ideally within a global high-tech company.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Net Suite.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
• Business and financial acumen, attention to detail, and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Clear communication and the ability to own your work while collaborating across teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field.
