The candidate in this role will lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, influence senior business stakeholders, drive strategic decision-making, and bridge the gap between business objectives and technology execution. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, consulting, negotiation, and influencing skills, coupled with deep expertise in banking operations, digital transformation, mortgage, lending, retail banking, and enterprise business architecture. This role requires regular interaction with senior executives, including C-Suite leaders, and the ability to articulate complex business and technology strategies in a compelling and persuasive manner.
