JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support, and lead the day-to-day project management activities. The position entails working with a group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. Projects include interior fit‑outs, renovations, AV improvements and FM/Engineering repairs/upgrades.
Responsibilities- Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
- Provide on-site presence 4‑5 days per week.
- Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
- Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project logistics, budget, and scope.
- Create, coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs).
- Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendors.
- Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
- Actively track project schedule against critical path to identify risk.
- Coordinate the activities of vendors and contractors based on scope and schedule, inclusive of critical support spaces.
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, schedules and project risk.
- Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation, construction and renovation projects.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts is a plus.
- Able to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced team or independent environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members.
- Ability to be adaptable and agile to client changes and requests.
- Travel estimated at approximately 10–20%.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in construction management or real estate preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google/Project Management Applications.
Estimated compensation for this position: $89,000.00 – $ USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ; final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
Location & TravelOn‑site – McLean, VA. Travel estimated at approximately 10–20%.
