Cvent is a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider with more

than 5,500+ employees and ~30,000 customers worldwide, including 60% of the Fortune 500. Founded in 1999, Cvent delivers a comprehensive event marketing and management platform for marketers and event professionals and offers software solutions to hotels, special event venues and destinations to help them grow their group/MICE and corporate travel business. Our technology brings millions of people together at events around the world.

In short, we’re transforming the meetings and events industry through innovative technology that powers the

human connection.

The DNA of Cvent is our people, and our culture has an emphasis on fostering intrapreneurship - a system that encourages Cventers to think and act like individual entrepreneurs and empowers them to take action, embrace risk, and make decisions as if they had founded the company themselves. At Cvent, we value the diverse perspectives that each individual brings. Whether working with a team of colleagues or with clients, we ensure that we foster a culture that celebrates

differences and builds on shared connections.

Cvent is looking for a full-time college student to support our Meetings & Events Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations and support the Meetings & Events Team as a whole. We are looking for a career-driven individual. The candidate must be able to learn quickly, think on their feet, and take initiative to assist the Meetings & Events Team.

This internship is a great way to gain experience in a fast-paced business environment with an extremely reputable company. With coaching from experienced event professionals, you’ll learn how events come together while building the judgment, communication, event and project-management skills needed for a full‑time job in the Events or Marketing industry.

Assuming the job is performed to the standards that are expected, Cvent will provide a letter of recommendation to future employers. This is a paid internship. We will complete any required documentation or paperwork to earn internship credit for school.

Role Overview

As our Meetings & Events Intern, you’ll coordinate assigned planning and execution work streams across hosted conferences, internal events, trade shows, and seminars. You’ll take ownership of defined deliverables, keep details moving, and partner with event professionals, marketers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver organized, engaging experiences.

This internship is a strong fit for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and turn plans into action in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll bring a practical, hands‑on approach to event operations while building expertise across the event lifecycle.

This is a paid internship. Cvent will partner with your school to complete any required documentation for academic credit and, assuming strong performance, can provide a recommendation letter to support future career opportunities.
