Must have Client Service experience in the INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY
Our client, a $2.5B RIA, is seeking a Client Experience Representative for their firm
- Client paperwork
- Client scheduling for advisors
- Preparing for monthly seminars
- Operational and Client Service support
- Keep CRM updated for meeting notes and client updates
- Liaison for service-related client issues
- Smart Office, SharePoint and MS Office preferred; relevant CRM experience is req'd
Experience in the Investment Management field required;
Banking / Insurance fields acceptable with IM knowledge.
Compensation is $70-$90k + (up to 10%) bonus.
There will be an average of 2-3 monthly evening seminars and 1-2 weekly daytime seminars which require attendance, and those have an additional pay of $125 per seminar.
