Location: Tysons Corner

We are a growing, patient-focused dental office seeking an exceptional Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team. Salary is negotiable upon working interview assasment.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, motivated, and results-driven, with a natural ability to connect with patients and help them move forward with needed treatment.

• Clearly present treatment plans and explain out-of-pocket costs

• Help patients understand the value of their care and feel confident proceeding

• Maximize case acceptance through strong communication and follow-up

• Coordinate financial arrangements and insurance breakdowns

• Go the extra mile to ensure every patient feels supported and cared for

Experience

Required:

Applicants must have prior dental office experience to be considered.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in elevating the patient experience and supporting smooth clinical operations through responsibilities such as:
Treatment Plan Management

• Reviewing and verifying treatment plans for accuracy and completeness.

• Clearly communicating treatment options and scheduling needs with patients.

• Estimating patient portions for PPO insurance plans with confidence and accuracy.
Administrative & Front Office Excellence

• Utilizing Dentrix to input and manage patient data with precision.

• Assisting with patient intake, payment collection, and financial discussions.

• Maintaining organized, compliant records and documentation systems.

• Managing multiline phone systems and supporting front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.




What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who embodies professionalism, empathy, and expertise:

• Prior dental or clinical office experience (required).

• Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment workflows.

• Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software.

• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and commitment to patient confidentiality.

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Experience with PPO insurance verification and patient portion estimates.

• Bilingual abilities are a plus and help us better serve our diverse patient community.
