Campus and Admissions Director at Brightmont Academy, Tysons Corner, VA. Brightmont Academy provides personalized one-to-one instruction for grades 1-12 with 25 campuses across 10 states. The Campus Director leads campus operations, drives growth through strategic planning, creative sales, and community relationship-building, and fosters a school culture where students, families, and staff thrive.
Responsibilities- Build partnerships with local professionals and educators to advance shared goals for student success.
- Guide parents through our personalized academic programs and recommend solutions that fit their child’s needs.
- Foster a professional, productive, and positive culture for students, families, and staff.
- Track and celebrate each student’s academic progress, while ensuring families feel informed and valued.
- Experience in student admissions or enrollment management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — you take full control of your campus and lead with initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills — comfortable navigating new challenges and finding the right path forward.
- Excellent time management — able to prioritize, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s degree preferred.
