  • Manage construction, upgrades, and renovations in operational facilities.

  • Liaise with clients, administrative staff, and workers to interpret plans and contract terms.

  • Negotiate changes or revisions to contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Direct installation, testing, and commissioning teams; resolve field installation challenges.

  • Track project budgets, timelines, and maintain profitability.

  • Conduct compliance reviews and enforce safety and building code regulations.

  • Suggest process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.

  • Ensure timely equipment/material delivery and proper site logistics planning.

  • Maintain detailed, organized records and provide regular status updates to customers.

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and address project concerns proactively.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in applications engineering, including at least 5 years of project leadership managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management.

  • Familiarity with IBC, NEC, and NFPA codes, or ability to quickly ramp up in these areas.
