A law firm seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering and Software Team in Tysons Corner, VA. The role involves working with cutting‑edge technologies, including 5G, 6G, and 3

GPP standards, to support patent prosecution and litigation efforts.

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams on patent litigation matters.
• Conduct technical research and analysis related to patent cases.
• Provide technical expertise in wireless communication standards.

• 1‑6 years of experience in a related field.
• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Experience with IP drafting and patent prosecution.
• Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
• Wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3
  
  GPP standards is desired.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in patent law or engineering are advantageous.
