Manager, Interconnections

The Manager, Interconnections is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of interconnection processes for energy projects, including strategy, site diligence, application management, and stakeholder coordination, to ensure project viability and successful commercialization in capacity-constrained markets.

• Manage the full lifecycle of interconnection processes for energy projects, including strategy, site diligence, application management, study review, and agreement execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, development, and commercial to support project interconnection efforts.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as utilities and ISO RTOs to facilitate interconnection agreements and processes.
• Evaluate project viability, reduce development risks, and optimize transmission access to ensure successful project commercialization.
• Apply technical knowledge of transmission and interconnection processes to support project development and decision-making.

• Deep technical understanding of transmission and interconnection processes
• Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and execution capability
• Experience owning the full lifecycle of interconnection from strategy through site diligence, application management, study review, and agreement execution
• Ability to evaluate project viability, reduce development risk, and optimize transmission access
• Experience working closely with internal teams across engineering, development, and commercial functions
• Experience working with external stakeholders including utilities and ISO RTOs
• Ability to position projects for successful commercialization in capacity-constrained markets
