Turner & Townsend Plc. is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support large-scale U.S. hyperscale campus developments. This hybrid role involves 2–3 days per week in the Tysons Corner, VA office and travel to Denver, CO.
The candidate will develop cost plans, review contractor pricing, and mentor junior staff. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience are required, with strong skills in construction estimating and cost management.
The salary range for this position is $140K-$170K, with potential bonuses and benefits offered.
