M.C. Dean is seeking an Engineer Leader 2 (EL2) to lead and manage complex engineering programs from Tysons, VA. You will validate world‑class technical solutions, mentor teams, and drive engineering best practices while managing risk and client relationships.
Required ABET‑accredited degree with 10+ years in engineering with construction experience; FE/EIT, DBIA, LEED training preferred. Proficiency with MS Office, EDMS, Visio, SharePoint and related tools is expected.
