What You Will DoGuidehouse is currently seeking financial management professionals in support of our Department of Defense client. These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, and financial policy.
Our Guidehouse team will provide:
- Financial audit statements and audit readiness services
- Support to the DoW financial statement audit remediation and sustainment strategy and execution, oversight and reporting, and audit infrastructure.
- Enterprise Audit Remediation/Sustainment Strategy, Oversight and Reporting support, including Audit Remediation/Sustainment Strategy, Governance Meeting Support – Content Development, Governance Communication – Content Development Recurring FIAR Reporting
- Audit Remediation, including DoW-wide Remediation Support, Audit Remediation and Sustainment Working Group Meeting Support, Remediation Expertise Support
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) years supporting government financial management, including audits, audit readiness, remediation, and ICOF
- Knowledge of GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR, and DoD financial management policies/structures, with experience in areas such as General Equipment, Inventory, Real Property, IGT (AP/AR), or OM&S
- Bachelors and/or Advanced Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management/Administration
- CPA, CIA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM preferred
